Tattoo After Care
2nd Skin Aftercare (Tattoos)
If you opted to have 2nd skin adhesive bandage (Saniderm, Recovery, etc) as a cover for your tattoo aftercare, this info is for you.

Keep bandage on for no more than 3 days.

Remove the bandage slowing by pulling it like a "command strip", typically in water is helpful.

Wash your tattoo with mild unscented soap, pat dry, apply a thin layer of fragrance free lotion.

Once the bandage is removed, you will then start the regular aftercare protocol for your tattoo, washing it, applying non-scented lotion as instructed in the "Tattoo After Care" above.
